How do I track my order?

When your order is shipped you will receive an email with your consignment number and link to track the status of your package.

Will I be charged tax or duty?

All prices charged for shipping exclude any import duties or taxes that may apply on entry to the destination country. As the recipient you are responsible for all import duties, tax and administration charges that may be applied by your local customs. These charges vary dependent on the country and if you are unsure we would recommend you contact your local customs office for more information

Do you offer global shipping?

We ship to all of the countries above and if your country is not noted, please send us an email at and we will see if we can add you to the list.

What happens if I am not at home when my parcel is delivered?

Our shipping partners will make two attempts to deliver on consecutive business days and the leave a card with details on how you can rearrange delivery.

Can my order be delivered to a different address from my billing address?

Yes, you can select a different delivery address from your billing address at checkout.
