6. Non-Transferable: The free item cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash or alternative products.

7. Returns: If items from a qualifying order are returned and the order total falls below $99, the value of the free Kook Solar Moisturizer may be deducted from the refund unless the item is also returned.
