Defective or Damaged Products

• Timeframe: 30 days from delivery date

• Condition: Any condition - opened or unopened

• Refund: Full purchase price plus original shipping costs

HOW TO RETURN

Step 1: Contact us within 30 days of delivery

• Subject: "Return Request - Order #[Your Order Number]"

• Include: Order number, reason for return, and your contact information

Step 2: Wait for Return Authorization

• We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions

• Do not return products without authorization

Step 3: Ship the Product

• Use original packaging when possible

• Include all original materials and documentation

• Ship to address provided in return authorization

• Important: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or damaged

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method

REFUND PROCESSING

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

GIFT PURCHASES

Refunds for gift purchases will be issued to the original purchaser's payment method. Gift recipients may exchange products but cannot receive cash refunds.
