Ashwagandha
Ashwagandha is a potent botanical herb, used for thousands of years in traditional Ayurvedic medicine, due to its well known ability to help the body adapt to stress. As a renowned adaptogen, it is valued for its unique compounds, particularly withanolides, which are thought to drive its diverse range of benefits. This includes grounding the mind and body, helping to regulate stress hormones and enhancing immune resilience.

HANDPICKED HERBS
Our organic True Ashwagandha is sustainably sourced from Rajasthan, India, where fertile soil fosters premium quality. It is handpicked with care direct from the root, offering maximum active compounds. We prioritize sustainable practices and eco-friendly packaging, reflecting our commitment to nature.
WORKING WITH YOUR NEEDS
Ashwagandha is an adaptogen, meaning it helps the body respond to occasional stress and restore balance. Its effects are most beneficial when taken as needed, such as to invite calm during a rushed morning before work, or before bed to calm a racing mind. Tune in, listen to your body and respond with a daily ritual of True Ashwagandha.*
NATURE’S STRESS SHIELD
Ashwagandha helps reduce occasional stress by modulating the HPA axis – the delicate interaction between the hypothalamus, pituitary, and adrenal glands – which regulates the body’s response to stress. Its adaptogenic properties support a balanced response, promoting feelings of calm and resilience against both internal and external stressors.*
HERBS THROUGHOUT HISTORY
Echinacea, Ginseng, Valerian, Ashwagandha… Herbs such as these are traditionally used to restore the body’s natural balance and can be traced back over 5,000 years, when ancient civilizations like the Egyptians, Greeks, and Chinese used them for healing, nourishment and rituals. Their legacy shapes modern herbalism, influencing products like our True Ashwagandha.
PHYTOCHEMICALS
Ashwagandha contains an impressive number of beneficial phytochemicals, including Withanolides, Alkaloids, Saponins, Steroidal Lactones, and Choline. Together, these compounds offer adaptogenic, anti-inflammatory* and immune-supporting effects, promoting occasional stress relief. Withanolides, the primary active compounds, are especially known for their potent anti-stress and immune-strengthening properties.*
