1. Eligibility: This promotion is open to customers placing orders for delivery within the United States.

2. No code required: Discount applies automatically at checkout on valid carts.

3. Offer: Customers who spend $99 or more in a single transaction on the website will receive one (1) free water bottle. Choice of two colors. Can we redeemed on both one time purchase, product bundles and subscription products when cart value is $99 or more.

4. Limit: One free Ocean Bottle per customer for the duration of the promotion.

5. Availability: The free water bottle is subject to availability while stocks last.

6. Non-Transferable: The free item cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash or alternative products.

7. Returns: If items from a qualifying order are returned and the order total falls below $99, the value of the free water bottle may be deducted from the refund unless the item is also returned.

8. Changes: The company reserves the right to modify or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.
