Dance Body are taking over the Hamptons with daily classes in Bridgehampton, and Ancient + Brave will be supporting this high energy Sculpt class providing supplements to replenish and restore.
Strength creates lean muscle tone using functional training exercises to the beat of the best music. Using heavier weights and time under tension, this class will focus on proper form to improve your muscle tone, strength, and bone density. Supportive sneakers required.
