ANCIENT + BRAVE x YETI “BRAVE ADVENTURE BUNDLE” SWEEPSTAKES

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID IN RHODE ISLAND AND WHERE OTHERWISE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Made by Brave, Inc., d/b/a Ancient + Brave (“Sponsor”), 70 W Madison St, Ste 5750, Chicago, IL 60602. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YETI Holdings, Inc. (“YETI”). YETI has donated certain prize items and permitted Sponsor to use the YETI name and logo in connection with this Sweepstakes pursuant to a separate agreement between Sponsor and YETI. YETI is not a sponsor, co-sponsor, or administrator of this Sweepstakes.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Rhode Island) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Rhode Island and where otherwise prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, YETI, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members (whether related or not) of each such employee, officer, and director, are not eligible to enter or win.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on August 14, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on August 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the “Entry Period”). Entries received before or after the Entry Period are void.

4. How to Enter

During the Entry Period, visit https://ancientandbrave.com/pages/yeti-giveaway and complete the entry form by providing your name and email address. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase will not increase an entrant's chances of winning.

Limit: one (1) entry per person, per email address, and per household for the duration of the Entry Period, regardless of entry method. Multiple entries from the same person, email address, or household will be void. Use of any automated entry method, script, macro, or other technical means to submit multiple entries will result in disqualification.

5. Prize; Approximate Retail Value

One (1) winner (“Winner”) will receive the “Brave Adventure Bundle,” consisting of:

• One YETI cooler (ARV: $250)

• One YETI x Ancient + Brave Rambler® 26 oz Water Bottle (ARV: $40)

• One Ancient + Brave supplement and lifestyle bundle, including Wild Collagen (jar and travel pack), True Hydrate (jar and travel pack), True Creatine+ (jar and travel pack), an Ancient + Brave specialty tote bag, and additional travel packets (ARV: $650+)

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $900 or more. Actual value may vary based on market conditions at the time of the drawing. No cash or other substitution is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion, in which case Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied, by Sponsor or YETI.

6. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

The Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on or about September 4, 2026. The potential Winner will be notified by email from Sponsor at the email address provided at entry.

8. Claiming the Prize

The potential Winner must respond to Sponsor's notification within seven (7) days of the date it is sent. If the potential Winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within this period, fails to complete and return any required documents (including an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and, where legally permitted, a publicity release) within the required timeframe, or is found ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries or not award the prize.

9. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the Winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the Winner's name, likeness, and statements about the Sweepstakes for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further compensation, notification, or permission.

10. Use of Personal Data

By entering, participants agree that Sponsor may collect and use the personal data submitted at entry (including name, email address, and phone number if provided) to administer the Sweepstakes, contact the Winner, and comply with applicable law. Personal data will be handled in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://ancientandbrave.com/pages/privacy-policy.

11. Email Marketing Consent (Optional)

Entrants may separately opt in on the entry form to receive marketing emails from Sponsor. This opt-in is optional and is not required to enter or to be eligible to win. Entrants who opt in may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each email.

12. SMS Marketing Consent (Optional)

Entrants who provide a mobile phone number and separately check the SMS opt-in box on the entry form consent to receive recurring marketing text messages from Sponsor at the number provided, sent using automated technology. This consent is not a condition of entry or of winning the Sweepstakes. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance at any time.

13. Taxes

The Winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize. Because the ARV of the prize is $600 or more, Sponsor will report the value of the prize to the U.S. Internal Revenue Service as required by law, and the Winner will be required to complete a Form W-9 prior to prize delivery.

14. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, YETI, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, illegible, or misdirected entries, for technical, hardware, software, or network failures, or for any injury or damage to any person's device related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes.

15. Disqualification; Right to Cancel or Modify

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes, or these Official Rules, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law.

16. Disputes; Governing Law

Except where prohibited, participants agree that any disputes arising from or relating to this Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and will be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

17. Winners List

For the name of the Winner or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope, postmarked by October 31, 2026, to: Made by Brave, Inc., Attn: Brave Adventure Bundle Sweepstakes, 70 W Madison St, Ste 5750, Chicago, IL 60602.

18. Social Media Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or any other social media platform used to promote this Sweepstakes. Participants release each such platform from any liability in connection with this Sweepstakes.

19. Miscellaneous

These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between participants and Sponsor regarding the Sweepstakes. If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision.
