Ingredients: 

+ 40 g True Collagen

+ 1 cup milk of your choice

+ ¼ cup frozen raspberries 

+ 4 popsicle sticks

Directions:

Step 1: Add the milk to a blender.

Step 2: Add True Collagen along with half of the frozen raspberries and blend until smooth.

Step 3: Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds.

Step 4: Divide the remaining raspberries between each mold.

Step 5: Freeze for 1–2 hours, insert the popsicle sticks, then return to the freezer overnight until fully set.

Watermelon Electrolyte Popsicles

Sweet watermelon, fresh lime, and  True Hydrate come together in this refreshing summer popsicle designed to help replenish electrolytes after time spent in the sun.

Makes 4 popsicles

Ingredients:

+ ¼ large watermelon (or ½ small watermelon), cubed

+ Juice of 4 limes

+ 4 popsicle sticks

Directions

Step 1: Add the water to a blender

Step 2: Add the watermelon, True Hydrate, and fresh lime juice. 

Step 3: Blend until smooth.

Step 4: Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for 1–2 hours.

Step 5: Insert the popsicle sticks, then return to the freezer overnight until completely frozen.
