Ingredients
- 1 cup peeled, cooked beetroot
- 2 large eggs
- ¾ cup maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
- 1¼ cups all-purpose flour

- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Method
- Preheat the oven to 340°F (170°C).
- Add the eggs, maple syrup, and salt to a food mixer and blend for 5 minutes.
- Sift the dry ingredients into a large bowl and mix well.

- Combine everything thoroughly and pour into a lined brownie pan.
