"I have been using the true collagen for over 6 months and found that it is really good for the skin on my face. I have a slight glow and the skin is smooth and plump considering my age of 76. But I found through experience after taking the full scoop as recommended, it is too much for me as my face get very red. So I am lowering the amount to about 3 mg per day. This is an advice from the customer service lady. I am very happy with this true collagen and as said, the effect of this collagen is great for the skin on my face."

"Great scoop and lovely solid metal with a long enough handle to reach in to the jars (unlike the short plastic ones). Would be helpful to have either two sizes as eg the creatine needs half a scoop or to have a marking on the inside showing half. Otherwise perfect 👌"
