"Scoop size is misleading and is almost 2x more than whats recommended for most of the powders which is super disappointing if this is their way to get you to use more product. No instruction of use or size with the scoop which makes it even more suspicious, hopefully this isnt an indicator for how the powders work but we shall see."

"I have been using the true collagen for over 6 months and found that it is really good for the skin on my face. I have a slight glow and the skin is smooth and plump considering my age of 76. But I found through experience after taking the full scoop as recommended, it is too much for me as my face get very red. So I am lowering the amount to about 3 mg per day. "Great scoop and lovely solid metal with a long enough handle to reach in to the jars (unlike the short plastic ones). Would be helpful to have either two sizes as eg the creatine needs half a scoop or to have a marking on the inside showing half. Otherwise perfect 👌"
"It doesn't show measurements! You have to get the scales out to measure how much you need which is a faff! Maybe if it was the size to fit 5gms of collagen then it would be worth it's weight in gold. Just saying."
